The second season of the science fiction drama series Heroes debuted on 24th September 2007. The season aired a total of eleven episodes. The season was cut short due to the strike of the Writers Guild of America. In the first episode, the heroes try to get on with their lives four months after Peter’s explosion. Claire, HRG and family maintain a low profile while Matt and Suresh become guardians of Molly Parker who is troubled by the dreams of a man much more evil than Sylar. Mohinder and HRG conspire to ensure the downfall of the Company. Kaito Nakamura and Angela Petrelli are made aware of their impending deaths while Nathan leaves his family to reside in a very dark place believing Peter to be still alive while Peter lives in Ireland without remembering anything about his past.

Two new heroes named Maya and Alejandro are introduced who are being pursued by the police as they accidentally kill many people with their ability to cause plague.[read more....]
